How to do it:

Dock for Xp Surf around DA for icons.To change icon right click on the icon then properties>change image.

Widgets

LogOff and ShutDown panels ....instructions are given

LogOn Loader changes login screen. Download the proper lognon file from here

To change themes download desired theme pack unzip file and open this folder:
C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes
then drag the "Theme File" into it and double click on it and that changes the windows look

Iconpackager changes system icons. Iconpack files can be found here
